Overseas customers

Payment method 

(1) Please click on the “Add cart” button under each product and you will be redirected to  Paypal for payment.

Delivery method

(1) There is a packaging cost of USD 5 as well as a delivery charge of USD 10 in additional to the prices indicated. Delivery charge will be waived if the purchased items exceed USD 200

(2) Products will be delivered via registered mail once payment has been confirmed. Please allow 2 weeks (excluding Saturday and Sundays) for the product to be delivered. 

Singapore customers 

Payment method 

(1) Please click on the “Add cart” button under each product and you will be redirected to Paypal for payment. 

(2) The prices shown are inclusive of delivery charges.

(3) Alternatively, payment in Singapore Dollars can be made in cash, please drop us a line at enquiry@jewelcrystal.com for this arrangement.

(3) Alternatively, if you would like to arrange for self-collection, please drop us a line at enquiry@jewelcrystal.com. The collection can be made at a place and time agreed by both parties.
